Mrs Sheetal Kapoor is an expert in curriculum development and a skilled teacher trainer. Her career spans 25 years which includes being a lecturer at the university level. She has been a pioneer in the field of Preschool curriculum designing and her curriculum has been used by some of the most prominent preschool chains pan India. She has also been a teacher trainer to schools in India and abroad.
She has been associated with the Witty Group of Institutions for 18 years. Her responsibilities include designing Curriculum for the preschool and for the Witty Institute of Teacher training, monitoring the IEP’s for children with differential needs, counselling parents of children with differential needs conducting Education Quality Audits for Witty Group of Schools, Training the teachers. Her passion for excellence in quality, child-centered approach and balanced nature contributes largely to the Witty Group of Institutions.
