Samriddhi Sharma is the MD & CEO of HABA Learning & Playing Solutions Private Limited which is part of the HABA Family of Companies, Germany. Samriddhi is an experienced professional with over 10 years of rich experience in International Sales & Marketing.
Samriddhi specializes in General Management, Business Development and International Sales Strategy with a successful track record spanning over multiple industries and several international companies. She has been successful at working with Market Entry Strategies and developing B2B and B2C sales channels both in India and abroad. Under her leadership, the HABA Family of Companies has been able to successfully cater to new markets and adapt to international needs with pragmatic strategies.
Before heading the Indian Subsidiary of HABA, Samriddhi has held important positions at various international companies with leading roles. She has worked as the India – Head of Business Development for Habermaass GmbH, Germany where she worked on Sales & Marketing strategies of international and domestic markets.
Samriddhi feels passionately about Education and mentoring young minds. In this endeavour to engage with the younger generation, Samriddhi has also conducted guest lectures on International Strategy in Business Schools in Germany. She herself holds an MBA degree from the ESB Business School, Reutlingen, Germany.
