Mr Jimmy Eappen is a passionate educator who started his teaching career in 1988 with formal schools and later made a conscious decision to get into the world of early years – which was his true passion.
In the year 2000, he joined Julia Gabriel Centre for Education, Singapore and specialised in Early Childhood Education and Care along with a Teaching Certificate from Trinity College London in Speech and Drama.
In 2007, he started Intellitots Early Learning Centre in Gurgaon, Haryana along with two other partners.
In 2013 he joined Pathways group of schools, the most prestigious and leading educational group of Delhi NCR that introduced IB education to North India. Currently, he heads their Early Years Units.
He firmly believes in the Agency of Children and respects their choice and voice. He wants each child to actualise his/her dream and potential.

Masters degree in Arts from Chennai University,
Bachelors degree in Teaching from North Eastern Hill University of Shillong, Meghalaya
Diploma in Psychology and Counselling from Bangalore University,
Diploma in Early Childhood care and Education from Julia Gabriel Institute Singapore
Teaching Certificate in Speech Drama and Communications Arts from Trinity College, London.
