- Founder, Conversations on Compassion
-
Having been a Healthcare Professional for a couple of decades in India, Dr. Pathma Naidu found her next calling in delivering Life Support Training as an American Safety & Health Institute Instructor and Instructor Trainer in the UAE.
In 2007, on returning to India she developed the PULSE (Promoting Universal Life Support Education) Program along with some of her colleagues in Pathways World School (PWS), Aravali-Gurgaon, India. This has been developed into the PULSE Award Program in Middle School and has also evolved into the Well-Being Program for the whole school community.
She has been running the International Global Citizen’s Award (IGCA) Program in PWS since 2012 and became the Ambassador for the IGCA in 2015. With the enthusiastic support of her colleagues, she also developed the Global Citizen’s Award Program for the Primary School too, in PWS.
In 2019 she has become an Ambassador, Education Sector, for the Charter for Compassion, India. This synchronises rather nicely with her latest initiative, Conversations on Compassion.
Dr Pathma Naidu is a Malaysian.
