Bela Kotwani

They say: do what you like, and you don’t have to work a day in your life. Ms Bela Kotwani believes that this is true, because she has worked incredibly hard, yet she feels having hardly worked. She followed her passion 25 years ago, built a strong foundation by training at Sadhna School, and had the fortune of being trained by some talented and highly knowledgeable teachers, some of whom to this day remains a part of her closest circle of friends. After training, she added another feather in my cap. She was part of the founding faculty at Arya Vidya Mandir, Juhu. The school gave her the opportunity to soar and she repaid with her undying dedication. After 22 years at that institution, she embarked upon yet another adventure, where she exercised her ability as a visionary to create and curate curriculum. It is a school and daycare founded by her, called Cosmikids International. Having gathered a considerable amount of experience, she currently also offers her time and expertise to the Early Childhood Association, India, an organization that works with government and non-government bodies towards Early Childhood initiatives. Her work with the Early Childhood Association and the Cosmikids team has received recognition for their hard work and dedication. Currently, she’s been bestowed with the responsibility of being a National Core Committee member of the Early Childhood Association, India. She was a member of board of studies in Home Economics at Smt. Maniben M. P. Shah Women’s College of Arts and Commerce, Matunga from June 2019 to May 2022 She’s also a keen professional puppeteer for over 2 decades now & along with her partner Jayasree she does puppet shows for Children’s birthday parties. Puppets and kids are her passion and she loves to see kids laughing and having fun, bringing joy on their faces through puppets.
