FMBA finance post graduate, Aditya started Jumpstart International Preschool & Learning Centre in 2009. It has been a wonderful and diverse journey so far with 4 centres spread across prominent locations in Pune.
As a child who was always labeled in school, Aditya realized the need to start a school that can preserve the uniqueness of every child and makes sure every child is treated with respect, love, care, and affection. Jumpstart has been born out of his passion and vision to create a better future for our children where every child is respected and admired for their uniqueness.
After doing graduation in instrumentation engineering, his learning has been completely hands-on since the last 10 years. He has been the territory head for the Early Childhood Association for the past 3 years which is a national association that works for the early years. ECA is an initiative that not only works towards safeguarding children & their rights but also strives towards the growth and development of educators across the country. It is engaged in the best international research on child development and learning along with bringing together all stakeholders so that early years can be enriched. He has recently elevated his role to that of a National Core Committee member.
He has been instrumental in driving Jumpstart towards excellence due to which Jumpstart has been consistently awarded as one of the top 10 preschools of Pune from the year 2015 till 2019 by Educational World magazine. It has also been awarded by ECA (Early Childhood Association) across various parameters; recently being awarded as “Safe School” & for “Empowering Support Staff”.
Being a father himself, to a preschooler Aditya understands the need to have a conducive learning environment for children full of hands-on experiences. He comes from a family that has always supported education & also leads a trust named “Bhagirath Tapadia Trust” that primarily works for the underprivileged children. He feels empowered to work with the early years as these years shape the future of tomorrow.
