All registered delegates will receive their tickets & a tax invoice on the registered email. You will also receive email updates and announcements about Early ED Asia 2020 periodically.

A certificate of attendance will be available at https://scoonews.tv following the conference. Only the delegates who have attended the conference shall be able to download this.

Dress code is business casual for the Conference.

Please feel free to Tweet during the sessions using the #OurChildrenOurFuture & #EarlyEdAsia2020 hashtags. We do ask that you be mindful of those around you by turning your phones to silent mode. If you must take a call, please do so outside the session room.

Yes. ECA members are eligible to receive discounted pricing. Please note: To receive a discount you must be a current member of ECA and your member number must be entered into the online system upon registration. If you are unsure of the type of membership you hold or your member number., please contact the concerned ECA Territory Head for support.

No. You must register online. We cannot accept any verbal registrations.

Once you register using the online system and make the indicated payment, the online system will email you an invoice. Please note if you do not receive the invoice within 7 days, kindly email your EarlyED Asia registration number to accounts@scoonews.com to request a copy.

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the event organiser on info@earlyed.asia. If the notification is not received by the conference office, the cancellation is deemed to have not been notified. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference date will be refunded less 15% of the registration fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date; however, you may nominate a replacement delegate at no charge.

You can make a group registrations if you are booking for more than one person. Details are provided within the registration area to guide you through how to book for two or more persons, whether you are attending the conference or booking on someone else’s behalf.

The Delegate registration includes Conference fees, Lunches & Tea for both days and Conference kit.

We do not accept cheque payments.

Yes, the conference fee includes the Gala Dinner. More information about the conference programme, including venue of the Gala Dinner, will be provided to registered delegates in due course.

Your Delegate Pass & conference kit will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program) at the designated registration desks.

There are a host of transportation options available from the Cochin International Airport to the venue.

• You may download the ‘Ola cabs’ application in your smartphone to book your cab

In the case of international delegates, everyone entering India must have a valid travel document. Visas can be obtained on arrival for some countries. Delegates must check their requirement by visiting the Ministry of External Affairs Consular, Passport and Visa Division website (see the link below). https://www.mea.gov.in/cpv.htm

Should you require a letter of invitation to support any visa application we will gladly provide this to anyone who has purchased their conference ticket and/or has had their proposal/presentation accepted for the conference. To speak or present at Early ED Asia 2020, please complete the speaker request form. While some details may not be immediately available, we appreciate your making every effort to submit this form before 30th November 2019. The event organisers and the speaker selection committee will inform you soon as possible about availability. Please note that submission is not a guarantee of participation as a speaker. Only a written confirmation from the speaker selection committee via email would be a final acknowledgment of your proposal’s acceptance.

Speakers are required to pay for their expenses traveling to and from the event. Once at the event, Early ED Asia 2020 organisers pick up each speaker’s main-conference registration and meals included with the event.

The official language of the conference is English. All proposals must be submitted in English and all presentations must be delivered in English.
